25 years of in fine: when an agency becomes a story news

25 years. The kind of number that makes you stop and think.

In the world of communications agencies, lasting a quarter of a century is no small thing. Agencies are born, grow, merge, disappear. Many don't make it past ten years. So 25 years is a quiet kind of victory — one that isn't won on a single project, but over time, through choices, adaptations, and people.

On May 28th, In Fine celebrated this anniversary the way it lives: generously. Under the lights of restaurant OM, around well-laden tables, more than 200 guests — colleagues, former colleagues, clients, partners, families and friends — shared the evening together. It was hot. Very hot. But the heat was no match for the joy that filled the tent.

We laughed, danced, posed for the camera. And yes, a few tears too — the good kind.

Sophie took the floor that evening. She could have delivered a numbers-heavy review, a ten-point timeline, a PowerPoint. She chose something else: sincerity. That of a woman who, as a little girl, wanted to be an illustrator, who swore she'd never work on a computer, and who ended up running a digital agency for 25 years. "Maybe I draw less today, but I'm not sure I create any less" — and it's hard to argue with that.

What stands out from that evening is a simple truth: an agency like In Fine isn't built on balance sheets. It's built on relationships. Clients who have been with us for years, partners who knew us when we were just starting out, a team whose members are themselves celebrating 10, 14, even 20 years of shared adventure.

Vanessa from Galler puts it with infectious enthusiasm: "I laughed a lot, got a little emotional, and we were spoiled on the way out. Long live In Fine!" Olivier from Corman mentions great encounters and conversations. Céline from Kiomed leaves with a smile. These are the reactions that say something about an agency — not its brochures.

25 years isn't just a number. It's a collection of projects, doubts overcome, mornings with Céline Dion playing in the open space, pitches won and budgets defended. It's a team built over time, and clients who chose to stay.

So thank you to everyone who is part of this adventure — near or far, from the very beginning or more recently.

And now? We're going again for 25 more.
