Growing, evolving, aligning

It all starts with looking back. Almost a shiver when we think about what in fine was 25 years ago. Our company has evolved. And along with it, the world has changed. In an environment that has become more demanding and competitive, we’ve strengthened our expertise, challenged our practices, and supported clients with increasingly high expectations.

The way we interact has changed too. Today, trust is built differently. This pushed us to rethink our processes and look ahead with a new perspective.

Rethinking your identity means realigning your image with your day-to-day reality. It’s about clarifying what you offer, and creating consistency between what you live internally and what you express externally. A brand is not just a logo. It’s a way of existing, positioning yourself, and expressing who you are. Because as a project grows, its image must evolve too, to keep telling its true story.

A turning point

There wasn’t a single moment. Rather, a series of signals. in fine has become a living, collective, ever-moving entrepreneurial project.

The agency landscape has changed. The boundaries between strategy, creativity, digital, and performance have become increasingly blurred. Client expectations are evolving, as is their need for inspiration. They want strong ideas, clarity, and perspective. They look for an agency that can think, challenge, and provide real support.

Before design: the substance

We applied to ourselves what we always recommend to our clients.
Rebranding doesn’t start with a color palette. It starts with questions and strategic realignment. Taking a step back. Opening up discussions. Bringing different perspectives together.
And above all: doing it together.

Concretely, over the past few months:

  • studies on evolving client expectations 
  • surveys sent to clients, partners, and team members 
  • internal workshops 
  • shared reflection sessions with selected clients

The outcome: Turning intuitions into clear decisions. A stronger vision. A clearer mission. Values that are lived and embraced. A more accurate promise. 

What has already changed

This work has helped us better understand ourselves : our strengths and also what still needs improvement. We now better understand what our clients truly seek from us, what sets us apart. We’ve reworked some of our deliveries. Refined our processes. Clarified our priorities.

And above all, it allows us to fully embrace:

Our way of doing things.
Our way of being.
Our joy in doing this work.

Two pillars continue to guide everything: joy and collective spirit (without pretension).
