« Nothing is permanent, except change. » — Heraclitus
It all starts with a look back, almost a shiver, when we think about what in fine was 25 years ago! Our company has evolved. And like the company, the world has changed. In an environment that has become more demanding and more competitive, we have strengthened our expertise, questioned our practices, and supported clients with ever-increasing expectations.
Interactions have changed. Today, trust is earned differently. This has pushed us to shake up our processes and look toward the future with a different approach.
Rethinking one's identity means realigning the image with the reality of daily life. Clarifying what we offer, creating consistency between what we experience internally and what we express externally. Because as a project grows, its image adjusts to continue telling its story with accuracy. A brand is not just a logo. It is a way of existing, of positioning oneself, of telling who we are — and where we are going.
There was no spectacular moment. Rather, an accumulation of signals.
The agency landscape has changed. The boundaries between strategy, creation, digital, and performance have become more porous. Our clients' expectations are evolving, as is their need for inspiration. They want strong ideas, clarity, and perspective. An agency capable of thinking, challenging, and offering real support. in fine has become a living, collective, entrepreneurial project in motion.
We applied to ourselves what we always recommend to our clients. Thank you Cyrielle :-).
A rebranding doesn't start with a color palette. It starts with questions and a strategy adjustment. Taking a step back. Opening the discussion. Combining perspectives.
And above all: doing it collectively.
Concretely, over these last few months:
The result: Transforming intuitions into clear choices. A more assertive vision. A more legible mission. Values that are lived and embraced. A more accurate promise.
This work allows us to know ourselves better—our strengths, but also what still needs to be improved and working on it (or not). To understand even better what our clients come to us for, what makes our real difference. We have reworked certain offers. Refined our processes. Clarified our priorities.
And above all, it allows us to own it:
Our way of doing things.
Our way of being.
Our joy in doing this job — and in making you, your brands, and your projects shine.
Two pillars continue to guide everything else: joy and the collective (without the fuss). Two seemingly simple words, but they say a lot about our way of creating, thinking, collaborating, and moving projects forward. Want to discover our new offer? Want to discover what lies behind our tagline and our colors? More to come in the next episode!
Want to talk about your brand's rebranding? Come discuss it over a coffee!
