Our approach.
The objective? To reflect the values of excellence of ICHEC Formation Continue while offering a user experience that is both smooth and efficient. This was achieved through: a new branding, a redefined positioning, updated values, a brand-new website, as well as communication materials for trade shows, and various print and digital advertising materials.
As with many rebranding projects, the challenge was to ensure a smooth transition without losing the existing assets. Here, it was also crucial to coordinate and ensure coherence with ICHEC Brussels Management School, the sister school of ICHEC Formation Continue.
The challenge for the web project? To migrate the old site to the new one seamlessly, minimizing traffic loss while maintaining solid SEO. The result: we retained 90% of the traffic during the migration and reached 100% in less than 48 hours! A real success!
We also faced three significant challenges with this web project: advanced configuration of MATOMO (an alternative to Google Analytics, GDPR-friendly), the implementation of enhanced tracking and specific KPIs to monitor the site's performance daily, the integration of our WordPress with the "formation" API. All of this was done in close collaboration with the B STORM team, another partner of the client for their internal training tool, and an optimized configurator to facilitate user navigation (a brand-new UX tool for ICHEC) and make the experience more personalized.
